Custom Program Specifications:

– Once you’ve selected an option, you will be redirected to a form.

– The purpose of the form is to collect the information necessary to create your custom workout program. Once your program registration has been completed, allow 24 hours for a response via email. 

– General Diet Guide.

– Because your program is custom, the completion time can take up to 14 days. Your custom workout program will be sent to you as downloadable files via email.

– Your program can be 8-12 weeks in length.

– Video examples for each exercise.

– You are given up to 10 program modifications upon request.

– Weekly follow-ups for the duration of your program.

– For non-members, you will be charged a one time fee of $150.00.

– As an elite member you will gain access to this option for free.
