Practical Education

We strategically create simple yet effective solutions in the form of habit coaching, challenges, workshops, and seminars/webinars, among other proven methods. Wellness Council

We've created the infrastructure needed for a successful program. However, strategic implementation and sustainability rely on combined efforts, internally and externally. Such as, appointing a wellness representative (we give you the solution for that). The Wellness Representative will be directly in contact with us. The focal duty of the representative is to assist with the internal sustainability of the wellness program and to make intentional efforts to infuse the wellness lifestyle into the organization’s existing culture. The representative will relay essential information regarding the ongoing overall performance & effectiveness of the program.

Structure

Our programs are easily accessible. From printable flyers to place around your organization or for email series bringing awareness to new programs. We provide the resources needed to create the infrastructure for your organization's wellness program. Without leadership support, an effective and sustainable program will not exist. Assessment

Data is essential. We work with you to compile relevant data that we will need to reference in the future. This will allow necessary changes to be made which will improve the results of your program. This way there's no guessing, we look at the data and get straight to the point.

Design

Development

Proper development takes place once the program is initiated. As a program begins it will need to be a bit more hands-on. In this phase clear communication between management, wellness council, and employees is essential.

Testing

You won't hit a home run on your first swing but when you have someone who knows the game well it won't be long before you do. Getting everyone to participate is a science in and of itself.
